You will be able to keep a record of any COVID-19 related absences and provide management reports of staff including:

  • Furlough Leave – temporary leave of employees due to special needs of a company or employer due to COVID- 19.
  • Working from Home (advised self-isolation) – requested if employees have been told by a medical professional to self isolate.
  • Working from Home (company precautions) – if the employer sends employees home as a precautionary measure.
  • Working from Home (self-isolation) – requested if employees choose to self isolate but have not been advised to by a medical professional and have no symptoms.
  • Working from Home (dependent care) – requested if an employee’s children are sent home because of school closure. Also f employees are not able to work from home, they could be granted emergency time off
  • Emergency Time Off (advised self-isolation) – requested if employees have been told by a medical professional to self isolate (entitled to Statutory Sick Pay).
  • Emergency Time Off (self-isolation) – requested if employees choose to self isolate but have not been advised to by a medical professional and have no symptoms (unpaid leave).
